第四步、申请贷款

一旦屋主接受您的报价书Offer后,是时候正式申请贷款。 一般时候您只有45至60天的时间获得贷款,事先准备好数据能够让您更快速通过贷款。 在您提交申请表后,贷款公司或银行一般会在3个工作天内回复一份预估表,包含利率、月付金额、以及过户结算费,仔细检阅这份预估表。 下一步即是验证您的收入和资产,贷款公司或银行会向您要求更多文件与数据。

快到家了!在您贷款批准后,过户三天前您会收到一份Closing Disclosure,详细列出贷款期限、利息、详细费用等总支出,没有隐藏。 详细阅读这份文件,如果发现有任何不明白的,立即与贷款公司或银行联系。 在贷款结案后,需要几天的时间过户,接下房屋的钥匙便放到您的手中了!
